Islands Development Company are partners with Four Seasons at Desroches Island and in Desroches Foundation. Four Season also operate a resort at Petite Anse, Mahe.

One of the largest hotel brands in the world, founded by Conrad Hilton in 1919. The company targets both business and leisure travellers and operates hotels in major city centres and holiday destinations around the world. 

Hilton operates a 50 sea-facing villa, six-star luxury establishment on Ile Plate. The resort, Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Plate Island, forms part of the prestigious Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts portfolio and officially opened its doors in 2024.

ICS owns and manages the Aride Island Nature Reserve, one of the finest nature reserves in the western Indian Ocean and an important site for conservation. 

ICS has also signed an agreement with the Islands Development Company to advise and, where necessary, manage environmental and conservation issues on outer islands under the lease of IDC.

Conservation centres have been established on Alphonse, Desroches, Farquhar, Ile Plate and Silhouette, with further conservation projects planned. IDC has also supported ICS expeditions to Cosmoledo, Providence, St Pierre and other outer islands, helping to extend conservation efforts across the islands.

Partners with the Islands Development Company (IDC) in five currently active conservation foundations: Alphonse Foundation, Desroches Foundation, Farquhar Foundation, Platte Foundation and Silhouette Foundation, supporting ongoing conservation efforts across these islands.

The Ministry and IDC are also partners in several other foundations that are currently dormant, pending the implementation of future conservation projects.

These include Assomption Foundation, Cosmoledo Foundation, Marie-Louise & Desnoeufs Foundation, Poivre Foundation, Providence Foundation and Remire & African Banks Foundation.

Niva Labriz Seychelles is a luxury island resort located on Silhouette Island, offering a distinctive hospitality experience surrounded by rainforest, beaches and the protected natural environment of Silhouette National Park. The resort features villas, restaurants and bars, wellness facilities and a range of nature, cultural and marine experiences.
